I Love Shutterfly…
When we got married, I used every single online photo store I could find. Mostly all offer x amount of prints free as a trial, so it was a good way to get 4x6 prints of our wedding for free - nice since I sent one shot in all of my thank-yous. After testing no fewer than 5, Shutterfly was my favorite. The quality was the best… and the shipping was pretty fast, too. Also, the packaged the pictures in such a way that damage was unlikely, and better than the other four companies.
Since then, I’ve used only Snapfish and Shutterfly, and I’ve been terribly disappointed in Snapfish. Their quality is consistently crappy and there was this one year we used them for holiday gifts - and ugh, they came out terrible. Ungift-able!
Recently, I bought a photo book for a gift from Shutterfly, and it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. I was upset, and emailed and they immediately resent it, and that one did arrive in time (not only that, but the other one did show up eventually). Well, today I got an email that they’ve been analyzing their shipping options and noticed some orders were delayed - and as a courtesy they gave me 50 free prints!!!
