« Filière Opale »: quality fish for the sector's future and the consumer's pleasure

« Filière Opale » is a collective label created by all partners in the « Pôle filière Produits Aquatiques » (Center for aquatic products). This label, based on strict and species-specific specifications, has been awarded for production since 2001 and, since 2003, when first put on sale.

It represents a commitment by the fishermen and wholesale traders to offer guaranteed products in terms of quality and freshness.

The « Pôle Filière Produits Aquatiques » (Center for aquatic products) groups together partners from across the Seafood Products sector who operate in Boulogne-sur-Mer, together with representatives of specific economic stakeholders, all with the same concern for implementing a professional Quality approach.
