- by internet on floating stock before the arrival of the boat,
- directly from producer to seafood wholesalers
However, the invoicing and encashment of all transactions,
as well as payment of amounts that are owed, are carried out
by the fish Market's Services.
90 companies, (fish wholesalers, fishmongers, salters,
cannery, etc.), possess the necessary approval as buyers at the
fish Market.
Monthly figures are published for the fish sales. They are
available from the fish Market.
